The room was a good size, I had myself and 2 boys,15 and 11, and we all had a bed each, plus room to move and put cases still. The breakfast was great as kids were free!! My boys loved it and can eat, set us up for the day as a good range of cold and hot food available and the staff were very accommodating. The reception staff were very good and helped me with an issue around checking out earlier and paying one night less too. Booking.com stated they would take 24 hours, but took 3 days to respond and didn't assist or resolve the issue.

The room was very spacious, the bed could of been a bit firmer as a suffer with back problems the room was clean and the breakfast was good, we used the swimming pool and spa which was lovely, the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us, they called taxi's for us and nothing was a problem, my family booked 5 rooms and we would all stay again, The location is good, and the hotel is situated in beautiful grounds and a 10 minute walk to the local village of Willian which has a lovely pub & post office.

Have stayed at Letchworth previously. Like the location very much, quieter but still very easy to get to other areas. We stay because we are visiting family in Hitchin.and it's only a few moments down the road. Also because it's a beautiful building in it's own right. We hope very much that when the building is re-furbished, that it doesn't lose its warmth and by becoming smarter, loses its personality. The staff have always been very helpful, efficient and again have a warmth of character.

Good breakfast. Clean room. Good size bed. Pleasant staff. Plenty of parking. Quiet location. Breakfast available from 7a.m. on a weekend. Good number of staff for the number of guests i.e. not kept waiting for long either at dinner or breakfast. Tea & coffee available in room. Shower good temperature and pressure. Use of the attached Nuffield gym/swimming pool a bonus.

Pool easily accessible Pool was fab with sauna and steam room and great hair dryers! More casual bar for dining as well as formal restaurant meant a much more casual dinner with the children Great dinner Lovely staff Fantastic breakfast Great room

Breakfast choices etc excellent, staff were generally very friendly and bubbly in the Bar/ Restaurant. They were very attentive, although, Reception was more "run of the mill" appearing to be more standardised lip service and minimum social contact, but still pleasant enough. Evening meals were good quality as was breakfast. Bed was nice and comfortable - Enjoyable stay as a few of us were on a weekend course.

The staff were great, nothing was too much. Rita was excellent with our children at breakfast and was so kind. The room was large and comfortable. The gym and pool are great and everything you'll need. Waitrose is just down the road.

Breakfast was very good. Size of rooms were decent sizes. Parking was good. Lovely staff.

The hotel and surrounding manor buildings were beautiful and unique. Everything was clean and cozy. Food from the bar and during the breakfast was delicious. As I was a guest to the wedding event that took place there, I could see that the staff there gave their all to make it run smoothly and that everything could be perfect, everyone was friendly and lovely.
